AIA Fort Wayne is the voice of the Architecture profession in the Northeast corner of the Hoosier state. This Section of AIA Indiana has an active YAF group and has monthly meetings, programs and building tours. Representing 9 of the state’s 92 counties this Section’s membership largely calls the Fort Wayne metro area home. The Section’s golf outing is always a member favorite and has for years been a sold-out event.
This presentation, which is scheduled for Thursday, January 23, 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. EST, at The Kaizen Center, 7100 West Jefferson Boulevard, Fort Wayne, IN 46804, will demonstrate how 3D scanning technologies, including Scan-to-BIM and drone scanning, enhance building accessibility, safety, and sustainability by ensuring compliance with standards like ADA, improving emergency preparedness, and supporting sustainable building practices.
