SEBREE Architects, Inc., seeks a full-time registered architect (preferred) as an Architect Level II. We have a strong 50-year history. The markets we serve are primarily various types of multifamily housing, but also include a mix of commercial, retail, adaptive reuse, municipal, industrial, warehouse, office buildings, and parks and recreation facilities. Projects can range up to > $90M in construction value. We are located in Avon, Indiana, on the western edge of Indianapolis, Indiana.

TowerPinkster is looking for a talented Project Architect for our Government Market Sector, with proficient Revit skills, and ten-plus years working in our industry, for our Southern Indiana office.

This position is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and leading small project teams through the development of construction documents. These projects are of significant scale and complexity. Technical expertise and experience are used to lead the project team through coordination and quality assurance processes throughout each of the project phases. Lead and coordinate the documents and clarification efforts, as well as submittal review and site observation during bidding as well as construction. The Senior Level position provides more independent work, projects of larger scope and complexity, and leadership of larger teams.
