AIA Indiana Healthcare Design Workshop

The AIA Indiana Healthcare Design Committee, in partnership with IU Health Design and Construction, will host an in-person Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) Acute Care Plan Review workshop for architects and other healthcare planning, design, and construction professionals. The event is planned for Thursday, September 24, at Indiana Landmarks, 1201 Central Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The program will provide practical guidance on Indiana healthcare regulations, applicable codes, the IDOH review and submission process, and project requirements, while also looking ahead to future updates to the Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI) Guidelines. Lastly, IU Health Design & Construction representatives will share their current organizational structure, provide project highlights, review standards of work, and discuss key resources, including their new TA process and access through their refreshed website.
