The AIA of Indianapolis Architects’ Home Tour Committee needs your help in identifying homes for the upcoming 2025 Architects’ Home Tour. The tour will take place Saturday, October 4, 2025. All AIA Indiana member architects in good standing who have led the design of completed projects inside or outside of Indiana are invited to compete for Honor, Merit, and Citation Design Awards. Also, AIA member architects outside of Indiana in good standing and who are responsible for the lead role in designing projects located in Indiana are invited to compete. If a project had both a design architect and an architect-of-record, submissions must include the names of both. AIA Indiana honors architects, community leaders, and firms who have made a lasting impact on the profession and their communities. The annual Service Awards recognize individuals or organizations who demonstrate excellence in design, leadership, and advocacy. The awards will be presented during the AIA Kentucky/AIA Indiana Convention on Friday, September 19 at the Central Bank Center in Lexington, KY. Through the Design Awards program, AIA Indiana asks a jury of peers to select projects by leading Indiana registered architects that serve as a tribute to design excellence. This year’s jury was from AIA Nebraska and chaired by James Walbridge, FAIA – Shive-Hattery.
