All AIA Northern Indiana members and friends are invited to attend the Young Architects Forum (YAF) Northern Indiana program on Thursday, July 11, 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. EDT, at the Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library – Downtown Location, 209 Lincolnway East Mishawaka, IN 46544. Tom Miltner, PE, along with colleagues from McComas/O’Donnell & Naccarato, will present a review of Structural Systems and Concepts. Their presentation, titled “Architect Registration Examination (ARE 5.0) Series – Structural Review of Divisions #4 and #5 – Project Planning & Design / Project Development & Documentation,” will provide an in-depth review of the structural aspects of the ARE 5.0 exam. This session aims to give future architects a better understanding of the topics covered in this portion of the exam. While the program is geared towards young architects studying for the ARE, it will be a valuable review for architects at all stages of their careers.
