Program Director, Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate & Construction Management

The School of Business and School for Adult Learning at the University of Indianapolis seek applications for a Program Director for the Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Real Estate & Construction Management. This is a full-time, non-tenure track, administrative faculty position.

The Program Director for Real Estate Development & Construction Management is responsible for managing the academic integrity of the program, in collaboration with the School of Business and the School for Adult Learning. This position will provide leadership in recruitment, admissions, curriculum development, and program evaluation. The successful candidate will mentor students to ensure successful completion of the program. The program director will provide guidance in career development and attainment of employment. This position also will convene the external Advisory Board.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in related field and at least three years in a leadership/supervisory capacity in the real estate development and/or construction management industry. The successful candidate will have experience in program development and evaluation, teaching at the collegiate level, and successfully mentoring others.
